MV Agusta Unveils New Logo Design

MV Agusta has revealed an updated logo, with the Italian motorcycle maker officially unveiling the new design during the 2015 EICMA motorcycle show in Milan.

The restyled badge will now also be accompanied by the tagline ‘Passion. Precisely Crafted’.

15 years after its first appearance, the all-new Brutale 800, claimed to be the “most beautiful Brutale ever”, is the first motorcycle to sport the new logo.

A strategic model that accounts for over 25% of the company’s production output, the new Brutale 800 is more muscular and streamlined than previous editions.

The new logo and bike come on the back of a successful 12 months for the brand from Schiranna. With production output up by 25%, the company saw its turnover increase by 40% mainly due to the success of the Turismo Veloce and Dragster RR, two high-end models which drove earnings before interest up by 46% compared with the previous year.

German carmaker Mercedes-AMG also bought a 25% stake in the Italian brand towards the end of last year.
