Sur-Seal Announces New Name and Logo Design

Sur-Seal, a producer of custom sealing solutions, has announced its rebranding to "Cohesive Components".

This American company designs and produces components for sealing, vibration and noise reduction, dust and liquid ingress protection, as well as thermal management and shielding against EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) and RFI (Radio Frequency Interference).

The rebranding comes after the company was acquired by Brodie Generational Capital Partners (BGCP) at the end of last year.

"Our new name better reflects what we do today and where we're headed tomorrow," says Pete Futia, CEO of Cohesive Components.

Adding: "While our brand has evolved, our mission remains to help customers solve complex challenges with technical expertise, rapid responsiveness, and seamless integration that they have come to expect from us."

Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, with manufacturing sites in Ohio and Michigan, Cohesive Components currently employs roughly 400 people and serves clients in various industries.
