Moss Adams Wealth Advisors Unveils New Brand Name and Logo

Moss Adams Wealth Advisors ("MAWA") has revealed its shift to a new independent firm and rebranding as "Threadline Wealth".
The new firm aims to function as a fully independent registered investment advisory (RIA) and will continue its partnership with global advisory firm Baker Tilly, with whom it merged last year in a significant deal.
Baker Tilly, a Top 10 Firm located in Chicago, is currently ranked No. 6 on U.S. trade magazine Accounting Today's 2026 list of the Top 100 Firms, boasting $3.5 billion in yearly revenue, more than 1,000 partners, over 12,000 employees, and 99 offices.
Before the merger, Moss Adams, headquartered in Seattle, was ranked just below at No. 12 with a reported $1.3 billion in annual revenue, as well as more than 400 partners and over 4,800 employees.
"Threadline Wealth reflects our vision for how we'll serve wealthy clients as their needs, goals, and expectations continue to evolve," says Justin Fisher, co-founder and CEO at Threadline Wealth.
Adding: "This next phase allows us to sharpen that focus, invest in our people and platform, and deliver even greater coordination across every aspect of our clients' financial lives."
Threadline employs 60 people, with around half being advisors.
They have offices across America's west coasty, with major centres in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
