Corporate Identity: Zoom Advertising
Graphic designer Ben Johnston, from Cape Town in South Africa, was commissioned to create a full corporate identity system for local advertising agency, Zoom. The latter required various corporate elements including a website and also a new interior design solution for their main reception and entertainment area.
The agency’s name - Zoom Advertising – can be abbreviated to ZA, which is also the Dutch abbreviation for Zuid-Afrika, meaning South Africa.
Zoom was the first carbon neutral advertising agency in South Africa, and the national representative for Ogilvy Earth. Adhering to strong sustainable business practices, they adopted paper with a low environmental footprint for the new corporate identity elements.
