Clearent by Xplor Rebrands, Unveils Updated Name and Logo

U.S. payment processor Clearent by Xplor has announced it is rebranding to “Xplor Pay”.

The updated name and logo are designed to be more in line with the global brand of Xplor Technologies, its parent company.

“The new name reflects the company’s transformation from a traditional credit card processor into a modern, consultative, embedded payments partner,” says the American firm.

“This rebrand is about redefining what it means to be a payments partner. Whether scaling up or simplifying, we’re giving software companies speed, flexibility, and scalability with our new suite of purpose-built APIs and tools,” adds Nick Campbell, chief product officer for Xplor Pay.

As a global payment facilitator (‘payfac’) for Software as a Service (SaaS) providers, Xplor Pay claims it processed over $37 billion in payments in 2024.

“We’re making it quicker and easier for SaaS platforms to build payments the way they want to, and control as much of the payments process as they wish – without compromising on quality,” further comments Campbell.
