Private Equity Specialist Palico Reveals New Logo

Palico, an online marketplace for the private equity fund sector, has launched a new logo design as part of a brand identity overhaul that also features a new website.
In 2024, the Paris-based company became the first to receive approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to facilitate end-to-end LP secondaries transactions online as an electronic trading system (ETS).
In private equity terminology, an LP is an investor who contributes capital to a private equity or venture capital fund, while a secondary transaction involves selling an investment that one already owns to another buyer, instead of waiting for the original investment to be sold or the fund to be liquidated.
Through its marketplace, Palico claims to provide potential sellers with access to a global network of over 1,000 secondary buyers.
The French firm states that its new branding "reflects where we are headed", which it further defines as "a marketplace that gives every qualified participant the same access, the same information, and the same process, regardless of size or geography."
The business was originally founded in 2012 by private markets veteran Antoine Drean.
