Channelwill Rebrands, Reveals New Name and Logo

Channelwill, a platform for eCommerce post-purchase and marketing solutions that is used predominantly by Shopify brands, has revealed its new name: "CWILL".
The firm has also updated the names of its main products: "ParcelWILL" (previously ParcelPanel), "TrustWILL" (formerly Trustoo), "SendWILL" (once known as EcomSend), and "SEOWILL" (previously SEOAnt).
Additionally, the rebranding includes the launch of ChatWILL, an AI-driven customer service tool.
"CWILL is more than a shortened name," says CEO, Bo Liu. "It carries the intent behind what we are building, and its meaning is layered."
Bo further explains that "WILL" represents the future, determination, and endless possibilities, and that the letter "C" preserves the meaning of "channel" while also standing for "centralised", "connected", "customer-first", and "commerce".
"This is not just about changing brand names and visuals. We want to create smoother shopping experiences and a better future for DTC brands worldwide," further states Bo, who co-founded CWILL with business partner Clooney Wang back in 2014.
Now, the North Carolina-based firm claims to be one of the top 5 developers of Shopify apps, serving over 30,000 brands around the globe.
