Hawkeye Systems Rebrands, Unveils Updated Name and Logo

Hawkeye Systems has announced that the company's name has been changed to "Hawkeye Digital".
The new name and logo are said to represent the American firm's shift into a private equity and merchant banking platform that priorities "digital assets and advanced technology".
Hawkeye currently operates two related businesses: a private equity division and a merchant banking division, focusing specifically on digital asset ventures such as tokenisation, wallets, stablecoins, and blockchain financial infrastructure, as well as artificial intelligence.
"Our new name reflects who we are today, and with our new name, we've launched a new brand identity for a platform built to identify and back the companies shaping the next era of digital finance," states David Wachsman, the company president and a crypto entrepreneur who also leads his own fintech PR firm, Wachsman.
In conjunction with the rebranding, Hawkeye has moved its headquarters to Miami Beach, Florida.
The company has also announced that ThinkEquity, regarded as one of Wall Street’s top investment banks, will serve as the company’s financial advisor.
