Signal Energy and Applied High Voltage Merge, Reveal New Name and Logo

Signal Energy and Applied High Voltage (AHV), providers of engineering, procurement, and construction ("EPC") services, have announced their rebranding to "CoVolt Power".

Both American companies have traditionally specialised in electrical infrastructure and renewable generation.

By coming together under one brand, they are looking to provide a more integrated, end-to-end delivery of complex electrical grid and data centre infrastructure projects.

The rebranding features a fresh visual identity, including a revamped logo and a colour scheme designed to represent "balanced engineering precision with execution strength".

"The 'Co' in CoVolt Power signifies Collaboration, Connection, and Commitment, while 'Volt' emphasises the company's core strength in electrical infrastructure and high-voltage engineering," says the unified firm, which is now headquartered in Houston, Texas.

"By becoming CoVolt Power, we are not just changing our name; we are integrating our capabilities and reinforcing our dedication to powering the future together with our clients and partners," further comments Ronnie Shields, chief financial officer of CoVolt Power.

"By bringing Signal Energy and Applied High Voltage together under one identity, we are creating a clearer, stronger platform for customers with increasingly complex power infrastructure needs," adds company president and CEO, Robert L. Tabb.
