Insurance Software Firm Gain Life Introduces New Name and Logo

Gain Life, a company that offers AI-driven workflow automation for property and casualty (P&C) insurance, has announced its rebranding to "Crosstie".

Founded at Harvard University’s Innovation Lab and serving customers since 2020, Crosstie's workflow automation platform is intended to be integrated directly into claims and operational workflows – it can reportedly be set up in just weeks with little IT support.

The rebranding is said to be influenced by customer feedback and the software-as-a-service (SaaS) company's expanding role in P&C insurance operations.

"Our advisors are operators who led the types of organisations we serve," says Sean G. Eldridge, co-founder & CEO of Cambridge, Massachusetts-headquartered Crosstie.

Adding: "Their guidance has been invaluable in ensuring we’re solving real problems with practical, scalable solutions."
