Private Equity Firm TT Capital Partners Reveals New Name and Logo

TT Capital Partners (TTCP), a private equity firm that focuses on the healthcare industry, has announced it is rebranding to "Truehelm".

Located in Bloomington, Minnesota, the firm provides funding, expertise, and insights specifically to healthcare technology and services businesses.

The new identity comes after the company completed its third fundraising in September 2025.

"The name Truehelm reflects our standing as an independent asset manager and expresses who we are – reliable, principled partners guiding healthcare companies through pivotal stages of growth," comments Dawn Owens, Truehelm CEO and partner.
