London International Motor Show Unveils New Logo

The London International Motor Show (LIMS) has introduced its new logo design, marking a visual shift for the upcoming 2027 event at Excel London.
"The redesigned identity has been carefully developed to encapsulate the show’s expanding international footprint, forward-looking vision, and commitment to showcasing the future of mobility," say the organisers.
Adding: "The circular composition of the logo has been intentionally chosen to convey unity, continuity, and motion – core principles of the automotive world. It also mirrors the concept of wheels and movement, subtly reinforcing the industry’s essence."
Design details include a backdrop with a globe and the famous London skyline; in front, there are three types of vehicles that are claimed to symbolise "the diversity and future trajectory" of the automotive industry.
"By showcasing multiple vehicle styles and colours, the logo reflects inclusivity across market segments – electric, performance, and urban mobility solutions – while symbolising innovation, sustainability, and technological advancement," says LIMS.
The 2027 edition is expected to highlight the industry's move from internal combustion engines to hybrid and fully electric vehicles.
"This new logo is more than a visual update – it represents the direction of the London International Motor Show as we move into a new era of mobility," further comments Stephen Maitland-Oxley, the event director for LIMS.
The updated identity will be implemented across all event materials, digital channels, and promotional efforts leading up to the show, which is set for 26–28 February at Excel London.
