Brand Union Unveils Identity for Property Company, Dospuntos
Brand Union Madrid has designed the identity for new Spanish real estate company, Dospuntos.
The name, which in English translates as “the colon mark”, is claimed to represent a new generation of real estate developers in the struggling Spanish property market.
In an attempt to be as “direct and self-explanatory as possible”, the main logotype is supported by a flexible graphic device that takes the form of a “floor plan”.
“Our challenge was to create a brand that was able to break the market norms and regain the peoples’ trust,” explain the designers. “From a unique and relevant strategy, we developed an identity and an experience to continue engaging the client beyond the moment of purchase, boosting her to begin: his own story.”
“The new brand arises as a response to a sector that has particularly suffered the crisis period. It emerges to connect to todays’ consumer, who reflects more on his and her important decisions, thinking for the long-term, and who has more importance than ever,” adds CEO and general director of Dospuntos, Javier Eguidazu.
