Output Creates New Logo and Identity for Online Tutoring Service, Tutorful
Design and branding agency Output has refreshed the logo and identity of online tutoring business, Tutorful.
Originally founded in 2015, Tutorful is now claimed to be Britain’s largest in-person and online tuition marketplace.
Globally, the online tuition industry is expected to be worth nearly £50 billion by the year 2023.
“Tutorful are on a mission to make life-changing tuition accessible to everyone. They’ve evolved from an online marketplace matching students with tutors, to helping parents secure their child’s future success more actively,” says Output, which was tasked to reflect this change in the new brand identity and digital experience.
Adding: “Recognising that every child learns differently, Tutorful go the extra mile to ensure a positive outcome, whatever the definition of success. We used this idea of an upward trajectory throughout the visual identity system – the ‘t’ in the logo, extended into uplifting details in the typography and graphic language.”
“When we met the Tutorful team, we felt the heart, expertise and substance at the core of what they do, but the brand looked anonymous and the experience was transactional. We positioned studying with Tutorful as an experience full of possibilities – to learn, grow and have fun – and represented the emotional side as well as the rational,” further explains Johanna Drewe, creative director and partner at Output.
In addition to digital components and an online brand hub, the agency delivered full screen designs for key pages on the Tutorful website.
