BrandOpus Reveals New Identity for Thomas Gray

Strategic brand design agency BrandOpus has unveiled a new identity for executive search and selection consultancy Thomas Gray.

The redesign comes as the company plans a programme of expansion, and the launch coincides with the opening of the consultancy’s London offices in Mayfair.

Thomas Gray Limited is an established executive search specialist for the property sector. The founder, Tom Gray, started the company in 1966 following an early career in international search preceded by a prominent HR role.

The consultancy appointed BrandOpus to define a brand meaning and create a new identity to help the brand reach a wider audience, and help realise the company ambitions.

BrandOpus says it worked closely with the leadership team to clearly communicate the Thomas Gray point of difference. In response to the brief, BrandOpus created a ‘weave’ device.

“When looking for meaning that could be brought to the fore, we found inspiration in the long established business mission that defines Thomas Gray. By it’s nature the business is built upon the art of making and building meaningful relationships. The weave symbol acts as a simple but effective shortcut to this idea whilst giving Thomas Gray a distinctive look in a competitive market,” explains executive creative director at BrandOpus, Paul Taylor.

Beyond the brand identity, BrandOpus has also created the corporate literature and website design.
