Lippincott Creates New Identity for Parcel Group, DPD
The London office of global branding agency Lippincott has worked to rebrand Geopost, one of the largest parcel delivery services in Europe.
Lippincott helped with the brand architecture, renamed the holding company to DPDgroup and refreshed the logo.
“We created the ‘red cube’, a symbol to serve as the visual connection between the businesses,” explain the designers. “By owning the category symbol – the parcel – the identity also reinforces their stature as delivery experts.The new lowercase typography suggests a more human and less institutionalised approach, and the refreshed red will serve as the group’s signature colour.”
